Do you offer any warranties or support for your products?

Yes! Our product warranties vary in timeframe, but all products come with lifetime free tech support. When you call us, you’ll always speak directly to a human—no automated phone systems. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the support you need as quickly as possible.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds for up to 30 days. Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs are not refundable.
